Furthermore, Jon was known and had also assisted former Eldorado employees who had since moved on to executive roles within new companies. So when 2 senior positions arose within our project construction team, they seemed like a reliable choice. We had a relatively tight timeline to recruit and onboard the right candidates for both positions. In addition, both roles required a very niche skill set.
