Lane Xang Minerals Limited operates the Sepon gold and copper operation located in Laos.

#### Underground Manager

Early in 2022 we had an initial meeting with Jon where he introduced the services that Emerark provided. Fast forward to mid-2022 we had a role where we wanted a diversified pool of candidates and needed strict confidentially. We had reached out to a number of different companies and after the meeting with Jon we decided to go with Emerark.

> #### Emerark's Solution
>
> Emerark from the start were very hands on, always keeping in contact with us and telling us the progression of the screening. Their online platform is one of a kind and really allowed us to get a detailed snapshot of each person. From interview to offer stage they kept the process rolling.

#### The Result

The incumbent of the role just recently commenced and is a great fit to our business.
