By working through our industry-leading methodology we are able to match an individual with your team, as well as fulfilling all niche specialist requirements. ## Our Process ### Step 1 We hold an initial meeting to qualify the role, environment and candidate profile with all stakeholders. ### Step 2 We do comprehensive research to ensure we have a full understanding of the current market conditions. ### Step 3 We approach each candidate intelligently and discreetly, using a blend of communication methods, gaining as much interest in the opportunity as possible. ### Step 4 We carry out assessments with the long listed candidates against the core functional and behavioural requirements. ### Step 5 We conduct the full search and then we can jointly select the shortlist for interview on completion, or present candidates to you as they have passed our assessment. ### Step 6 We hold weekly meetings to share all of the results of the search so far with you. The whole process is completely transparent. ### Step 7 We provide full support to arrange interviews with each candidate, taking feedback at regular intervals and ensuring each party is fully informed at every stage. ### Step 8 We present the offer to the successful candidate and provide support through any negotiation, to ensure all parties are happy with the final arrangements. Each week we’ll share our progress with you via your custom client portal. It will display each candidate that we have approached, the company they work for, discussion points and interest level. In addition to this, we collect data such as salaries, benefits and bonus information. These progress updates allow us to address challenges as they arise during our weekly meetings. From this process, a list of candidates will emerge who have been assessed against the brief and who are interested in the opportunity. You will then typically select a short list of three to five to interview. Our transparent process gives you the confidence you’re making your hire from the best talent available.
